New Design to maximise Air Flow with odour reducing properties in filters

Customers have feedback quite often that carbon ac filters really affects the air flow from their ac system. This is felt in our local hot weather, which have enable me to work out some new designs of the air con filter.

Innovation : Incoporate a carbon net inbetween two layers of white filter.
Purpose of the carbon net filter vs full carbon sheet (in conventional carbon filters) : to allow more air flow and yet, have odour reducing properties....

Refer to the picture below.....

Compared to the conventional 3 layered design by other suppliers / resellers....

Have a look at the actual real thing before buying the filter from me....

Which type of AC filter to go for ? Carbon or White ?

Summary for Carbon Type AC Filters

1) Thicker in material construction = 1 layer of charcoal / carbon material in between 2 layers of white filter
Pros = Helps to reduce odours
Cons = More air flow restriction

2) Usually costs more due to added material cost

Summary for White Colour Type AC Filters

1) Single layer material construction
Pros = Lesser air restriction = more air flow
Cons = Does not help to reduce odours

2) Cheaper in cost

Conclusion

Ask yourself this question. Do you prefer a cooler cabin or do you prefer less smell inside your cabin (but at the expense of some air flow loss) ?

If you want more air flow, go for white colour type ac filters....

If you want to reduce odours in your cabin but don't mind compromising the loss of some air flow, go for carbon type ac filters

Tips on how to have more air flow with smell reducing properties, go to Daiso Always $2 shop. Buy charcoal jelly as shown in the picture below....

Buy made in Japan or Korea type.
Put inside your car as a form of Air Refreshener. Remove all kinds of air fresheners and pandan leaves or smell emitting items in your car.
Why use charcoal jelly? Charcoal Jelly absorb smell, air refresheners will give out fragrance and cover odours. Thats the difference between these two type of products.

Do a experiment if you dont believe me....

Place them at the four corners of your car. After one week (esp on days when you have parked your car under the hot sun for at least 3 hours), most of the odours inside your car will be greatly minimised. I have propose this to some bros here in the forum... it works well...
